The grass gets very dewy at night, so bring shoes that are somewhat waterproof with good traction. It's recommended to bring an extra pair of shoes just in case.

Most folks camp across the valley from where the bonfire will be located. However, feel free to set up anywhere else marked on the map. Please be mindful of setting your tent up under trees with dead or hanging branches. The area marked “No Camping Here” on the map has very dangerous trees to camp under. If you would like to set up in another area of the farm, please check with one of the Zweifels.

Some have stayed up chatting all night. We just ask that folks keep the volume down after 2am.

There will be coffee and assorted breakfast items in the morning no later than 10am.

Yes, there are many areas of the farm that are not lit with electric lights or tiki torches. Be sure to bring extra batteries also!

The event will go on as planned if there is a chance of showers during the day of the event. No matter the forecast, it is always smart to bring rain gear and/or an umbrella. If there is a steady rain forecast for the day of the event, we may need to postpone the event to another weekend (TBD). Please sign up for updates to get notified if the event must be postponed. If there is unexpected severe weather during the event, attendees should shelter in the lower level of the party barn away from all windows and doors.

The event is free to attend, but we ask that you bring a dish to pass, your own beverages of choice, and to please donate as you financial situation allows. This event takes a lot of money to put on every year, portable restrooms, supplies, and more, plus the barn floor will need to be replaced in the next few years. There will also be a donation bucket on the refrigerator behind the food tables in the barn if you don't use Venmo or prefer to donate cash All donations go directly back to pay for party costs and into the barn's floor repair project.
